Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used personal care and massage products cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or not working, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof. We will provide a replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–14 business days after inspection.
